Solace of Mahomet is the first Solace-branded multi-family project Avasa has in it’s portfolio. This 194-unit, $32M project is located in the Champaign suburb of Mahomet, a high growth area with excellent schools and high end demographics. Solace will be the first new construction apartment project in the submarket with a full amenity package. The first phase opened in early 2021 and leased to 100% in under 6 months. Phase II began initial construction in August of 2021 and is scheduled to deliver the last building in January 2023.
